Grades 1 through 8: If you have a child in Grades 1 to 8 (Levels 1 to 8) and would like to sign up for our upcoming Faith Formation classes, please fill out the blank 2022-23 Registration form below and mail to the Parish Office and/or put in the Offertory Box at Mass.  Mrs. Theresa Salafia, Director of Faith Formation will be in touch following receipt.  For more information, please email Theresa Salafia at tsalafia@stmattpar.org.

Grades 9 and 10+: For grades 9 and 10 or older who would like to prepare for Confirmation, please email Theresa Salafia at tsalafia@stmattpar.org for more information before submitting the form below.

As of 7/10/22, you should have received a pre-filled letter, calendar and registration form in the mail.  If you have not received the information, please call the Parish Office at 508-460-9255.
